Though we have an in-store pickup for any of our high-quality items, we also have White Glove services for transportation, carrying, and assembling purchased items from our store catalog.
What are White Glove services?
White Glove services entail furniture drop-off, carrying to their final location inside, and 30 minutes of assembling in the consumer’s home. If a consumer wants assistance for longer, we off that, too – for a small additional fee. We understand that furniture pieces and their assemblage can be an overwhelming and physically daunting task for many. Our White Glove services ensure we get to you and help you with the unpacking process so no one is hurt or potentially injured.
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Your building may require a COI for delivery and entrance requirements. We’re no strangers to this. In the case that your building falls into this category, we will have you send us a sample of the COI and allow 24-48 hours to prepare the paperwork. This is a premium option available to all of our White Glove service recipients and includes up to 4 flights of stairs walk-up where necessary.
We’re passionate about consumer convenience here, so every single one of our placed orders leaves our warehouse in only one to two days from us receiving the items from the manufacturer. We estimate the delivery date at the time of purchase and provide our customers with a quick delivery schedule.
